NOTE: Our complex here at The Summit didn't get any fire damage and the areas surrounding our complex are still beautiful. The ski resort is still nice as it was and we invite you to come see! Downtown shops and most park trails are still as great as they were before the fires. Please come support our local economy, we depend on our visitors and appreciate you so much!
ALL ABOUT THE VIEW: We are so excited to be sharing our condo with others. Also if you need super hi speed internet, this is the place! It has its own dedicated cable wifi. We are up on the mountain several times a year to paint and do other updates to make this a truly beautiful vacation getaway. We just installed new vinyl plank flooring in the hallways and bathrooms which really made them shine! We have installed carpet in the bedrooms and living room and a new sofa with built in recliners has been delivered as well. We are doing all we can to continue to make this a special place for our guests so that they will want to visit time and time again.

Sit on your balcony first thing in the morning to enjoy a cup of coffee and the views of the clouds drifting through the valleys below. Watch as wild life, (which may include bears) roam through the complex (typically late afternoon or early morning). In the evening enjoy looking down at the twinkling lights all the way to Sevierville. Watch Dollywood fireworks in season from the balcony as well.
Enjoy the heated pools and relax in a nice warm hot tub. Nestle into the cozy window seat to read a book or to surf the web ( we pay extra for our own high speed cable internet) while looking out over the mountain vistas. Cuddle in front of a crackling fire (free firewood provided, ask at the office) as you unwind from a day of sightseeing or shopping.
The condo borders The Smoky Mountain National Park, and it is just a short drive down the mountain to the entrance where you can experience the beauty via an auto tour or by hiking one of the many trails to a waterfall, or to panoramic overlooks. Spend the day in Gatlinburg where you will find plenty shopping, dining, shows, museums, and a great Aquarium. Nearby Pigeon Forge hosts Dollywood Theme Park and a splash park, outlet shopping, live shows, museums, helicopter tours and amusement fun for kids of all ages!
The Summit Condos are in the Chalet Village area near the top of Ski Mountain and they offer panoramic mountain views. The condo is only about a mile from Ober Gatlinburg which offers year round family fun and it is a short 10 minute drive to downtown Gatlinburg. Be aware that bears often cross the road so drive carefully. The road is winding and is steep at times so be sure to be alert when going up and down. You get used to it I promise. Once in the complex you will find plenty parking (much of it level) near the entrance to the stairwell going up to our unit
